Established in 2021 by the federal Minister of Environment and Climate Change, our job is to give advice on how Canada can achieve its goal of net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. NZAB advice will always be independent, evidence-based, public, and grounded in Canada’s unique realities.
